Aidan's collaborative work with the Rafelski group is published in Cell Systems

A new manuscript by Matheus Viana, from the Allen Institute is now out, titled "Mitochondrial Fission and Fusion Dynamics Generate Efficient, Robust, and Evenly Distributed Network Topologies in Budding Yeast Cells" and incorporating our calculations on the role of network structure in diffusive particle spreading in mitochondria.

A new manuscript by Zhijie Chen in the Bustamante lab is now out, titled “High-resolution and high-accuracy topographic and transcriptional maps of the nucleosome barrier”, and incorporating our model of polymerase pausing during nucleosomal transcription

Saurabh is awarded a predoctoral research fellowship from the Visible Molecular Cell Consortium and the Center for Trans-scale Structural Biology and Biophysics.

Congratulations to Saurabh on being selected for this award. The fellowship will enable him to pursue his work in collaboration with the Reck-Peterson group on modeling the transport of peroxisomes in fungal hyphae.
